Design, Write, Shoot–March 22
Spend the day learning from and working with design extraordinaries Jeff Moffitt and Tina Cleavelin, writing legend Bobby Hawthorne and photography master Mike McLean. Advisers and three advanced yearbook staff members are invited to participate in this hands-on training. This one-day only workshop will provide students with a vision for how to enhance next year’s book with progressive and innovative concepts.

Spring Premiere Workshop–April 19
Get your “Game On...” with Creative Accounts Manager, Tina Cleavelin at this year’s spring premiere workshop. Build the foundation for the 2019 yearbook by focusing on theme development, ladder planning and story enrichment with a focus on sports coverage. This is a great event for next year’s editors to step up to the plate and get the ball rolling.

Intensive-Creative Planning Workshop–May 23-25
With all the planning and prepping done, it’s time to make the 2019 book start to shine. This is your chance to develop your cover design and begin laying out your pages with the help of Cover Artist, Kasey Fleming and Creative Accounts Manager, Tina Cleavelin. While students progress design, advisers get to sit with the San Antonio Yearbooks Team to budget plan for the 2019 school year.

Jostens Summer Yearbook Workshop–June 18-20
The San Antonio Yearbooks team is joining forces with North Texas Yearbooks in Dallas at their summer workshop. This workshop will offer staffs and advisers a different approach to producing the 2019 yearbook. New faces, new names and new ideas are the perfect way to help forge a unique book for the new school year.
